Steve has founded five (5) companies that provide services to the sports industry by leveraging 20+ years of seasoned connections to leaders in Sports Marketing, Collegiate Athletic Recruiting & Compliance and TV & Film Production.

In 2004, Steve created Bluechip Athletic Solutions, which provides a bundled suite of SaaS-based proprietary database technology, traditional marketing techniques and content creation services that helps colleges recruit their athletes.  This approach caused a significant paradigm shift in how schools approached the Student-Athlete Recruiting process and continues to be a standard that is bench-marked against.  These solutions were eventually adopted by other departments including Marketing, Fund Raising, Video/Film Production, Social/New Media, Admissions and Compliance.
